AEPI Special Division is able to offer industrial automation for special applications in different business areas.

The activities it performs are:

• Concept and Feasibility Study;
• Realisation (mechanical, electrical, assembly, start-up);
• Software design and development;
• Framework realisation;
• Testing and installation;
• Support.

By analysing the customer's requirements, we are able to develop a tailor-made solution that can be integrated with the existing production lines and equipment already in place within the plant, or that is capable of working Stand Alone.

In addition to these automatic applications, the Special Division carries out industrial robotic automation integrations to automate a process carried out manually by the operator on a production line (or lines), thus creating new functions based on the customer's production and marketing needs.

Activities include the following steps:

• Dimensioning and design;
• Analysis and simulations;
• Testing and testing robot-work areas;
• Precision and handling testing.
