🧊 For the cleaning and sanitizing of a full ice cube icemaker with spray system:

• Switch off the icemaker with the ON-OFF switch; • Switch off the thermal magnetic circuit breaker; • Remove the ice from the storage bin; • Remove the curtain assy, the slide grate and the overflow pipe; • Wait for the tank to drain, place the overflow pipe and fix the curtain assy; • Remove the top panel, using a flathead screwdriver and remove the evaporator protection; • Dilute 1 Lt. of citric acid in 3 Lt. of hot water (30-50°C); • Pour all of the solution over the entire surface of the evaporator, making sure to fill the water tank to the level of the overflow pipe; • Re-position the evaporator protection; • Remove the panel under the door, using a Phillips-head screwdriver; • Change the position of the deviator switch from I to II and re-position the panel under the door; • Switch on the thermal magnetic circuit braker and switch on the icemaker with the ON-OFF switch; • Leave the icemaker to function for about 30”; • Switch off the icemaker and switch off the thermal magnetic circuit braker; • Remove the curtain assy, the spray bar assy, the rubber sleeve, the overflow pipe and the pump filter, if present; • Remove the end plugs of the spray bar assy and soak all the removed components for 30” in a solution of hot water (30-50°C) and citric acid, diluted 1:3; • Rinse well the evaporator and the tank with fresh water and wipe with a non-abrasive sponge to remove the most stubborn deposits; • Re-position the evaporator protection and fix the top panel; • Rinse well the storage bin with fresh water and wipe with a non-abrasive sponge to remove the most stubborn deposits; • Rinse well the soaked components with fresh water and wipe with a non-abrasive sponge to remove the most stubborn deposits; • Re-assemble the end plugs of the spray bar assy; • Re-assemble the components in this order: overflow pipe, pump filter, if present, rubber sleeve, spray bar assy, slide grate and curtain assy; • Fill the water tank to the level of the overflow pipe; • Remove the panel under the door, change the position of the deviator switch from II to I and fix the panel under the door, using a Phillips-head screwdriver; • Switch on the thermal magnetic circuit braker and switch on the icemaker with the ON-OFF switch; 🟩⬜🟥 La pulizia e sanitizzazione di un fabbricatori di ghiaccio a cubetto pieno con sistema a spruzzo comprende le seguenti operazioni: • Spegnere il fabbricatore di ghiaccio tramite il pulsante ON-OFF; • Disattivare il magnetotermico a muro; • Rimuovere il ghiaccio all’interno del deposito; • Rimuovere il pannello bandierine, lo scivolo e il troppo-pieno; • Attendere il completo svuotamento della vaschetta acqua, inserire il troppo-pieno e fissare il pannello bandierine; • Rimuovere il pannello superiore, aiutandosi con un cacciavite a testa piatta, e il riparo evaporatore; • Diluire 1 Lt di acido citrico su 3 Lt di acqua calda (30-50°C); • Versare il contenuto su tutta la superficie dell’evaporatore, accertandosi di riempire completamente la vaschetta acqua fino al raggiungimento del livello troppo-pieno; • Riposizionare il riparo evaporatore; • Rimuovere il pannello inferiore, aiutandosi con un cacciavite a stella; • Cambiare la posizione del deviatore da I a II e riposizionare il pannello inferiore; • Attivare il magnetotermico a muro e accendere il fabbricatore di ghiaccio tramite il pulsante ON-OFF; • Lasciare in funzione il fabbricatore di ghiaccio per circa 30”; • Spegnere il fabbricatore di ghiaccio tramite il pulsante ON-OFF e disattivare il magnetotermico a muro; • Rimuovere il pannello bandierine, l’assieme rampa spruzzatori, il manicotto in gomma, il troppo-pieno e il filtro pompa, se presente; • Rimuovere i tappi esterni dell’assieme rampa spruzzatori e immergere tutti i componenti rimossi per 30” in una soluzione di acqua calda (30°- 50°C) e acido citrico, diluito in concentrazione 1 a 3; • Sciacquare abbondantemente l’evaporatore e la vaschetta con acqua fresca e pulirli con una spugna non abrasiva per rimuovere le incrostazioni più ostinate; • Re-inserire il riparo evaporatore e fissare il pannello superiore; • Sciacquare abbondantemente il deposito con acqua fresca e pulirlo con una spugna non abrasiva per rimuovere le incrostazioni più ostinate; • Sciacquare abbondantemente i componenti lasciati in ammollo con acqua fresca e pulirli con una spugna non abrasiva per rimuovere le incrostazioni più ostinate; • Riassemblare i tappi esterni dell’assieme rampa spruzzatori; • Riassemblare i componenti nel seguente ordine: troppo-pieno, filtro pompa, se presente, manicotto in gomma, assieme rampa spruzzatori, scivolo e pannello bandierine; • Riempire la vaschetta acqua fino al raggiungimento del livello troppo-pieno; • Rimuovere il pannello inferiore, spostare il deviatore dalla posizione II a I e fissare nuovamente il pannello inferiore, aiutandosi con un cacciavite a stella; • Attivare il magnetotermico a muro e accendere il fabbricatore di ghiaccio tramite il pulsante ON-OFF;
