The Roastery is the latest creation from Cafès Novell in the area of specialty coffee: A new concept designed to surprise the most demanding coffee shops with a complete range of specialty coffees, all of them curated by our Q-Grader, with a score higher than 80 points, and roasted with an optimal roast curve.

The Bespoke Blend is one of the trademarks of The Roastery brand, in which we pair 3 specialty coffees carefully selected by our QGrader. Its unique roasting curve gives the blend the special smoothness, body, acidity and sweetness that define The Roastery cup.

3 Origins:

- HUILA CARACOLILLO | COLOMBIA
 The Cadefihuila Cooperative was born in 1963 with the aim of bringing together small local coffee growers in the Huila area to improve the production and marketing conditions of their coffees.
Huila is a region in the south of the Colombian coffee axis, which in recent years has specialized in the farming of specialty coffees following sustainable and ecological best practices.

- YIRGACHEFFE | ETHIOPIA
 Yirgacheffe is a town, a region, and a reference for quality coffee: just naming it instills great respect among the most knowledgeable coffee growers. The lots in this region are among the most sought after by buyers and the most anticipated by expert tasters.
More than 1,000 varieties of coffee are grown in this region, taking advantage of the red earth that generates an exceptional organoleptic richness in the cup.

- CALDAS | COLOMBIA
 The Finca La Guamera is located in Villamaria, Department of Caldas, in the centre of the most important coffee region in Colombia.
For more than 35 years, the Muñoz family has managed this beautiful hacienda and produces quality, smooth coffees, nuanced with the rich flavours and aromas that the Colombian mountains provide.

Tasting notes:
Coffee with hints of flower honey, cocoa cream and vanilla. On the palate, we find a sweet and pleasant finish, with a touch of citrus and coriander.
