The Roastery is the latest creation from Cafès Novell in the area of specialty coffee: A new concept designed to surprise the most demanding coffee shops with a complete range of specialty coffees, all of them curated by our Q-Grader, with a score higher than 80 points, and roasted with an optimal roast curve.

THE ROASTERY's Single Origin range is a selection specially designed for coffee lovers who enjoy deciphering the nuances of each origin with exclusive micro-lots with extraordinary scores.

 This microlot comes from the municipality of Colomba, in the Quetzaltenango region. There we find the Magnolia Miramar Community, to which the women producers of this coffee belong. The harvest is carried out by each family separately, and the community organization is in charge of pulping and drying.
 In this way, the community has managed to provide financial support to local families, placing their women in the direct management of high-quality coffee.
