The Roastery is the latest creation from Cafès Novell in the area of specialty coffee: A new concept designed to surprise the most demanding coffee shops with a complete range of specialty coffees, all of them curated by our Q-Grader, with a score higher than 80 points, and roasted with an optimal roast curve.

THE ROASTERY's Single Origin range is a selection specially designed for coffee lovers who enjoy deciphering the nuances of each origin with exclusive micro-lots with extraordinary scores.

 Established in 1983, Itumpi Cooperative is located in southern Tanzania. Like many coffee cooperatives, Itumpi harvests other grain crops such as corn. The farmers select the coffee cherries by hand and proceed with a first artisanal classification.
 In recent years, the Itumpi cooperative has been making investments to improve the quality of its grains, with rehabilitation work in the wet mill facilities as well as training for its farmers.
