Monovarietal specialty coffee from the Bella Vista region, a small municipality in the heart of the Chiapas mountains, in southern Mexico. It is obtained from 38 family farms located within the municipality of Bellavista. Rosalba Cifuentes Tovia, (founder of Mayan Harvest Coffee) grew up in the Bellavista coffee community and has dedicated herself to helping producers with small parcels of land to obtain more competitive prices for their coffee.
