Monovarietal specialty coffee from the Letefoho region (Timor Leste). High-quality organic coffee beans, individually hand-picked by farmers from coffee plantations high in the Letefoho Mountains. Thanks to the Café Brisa Serena organization, work is being done to improve living conditions in East Timor through the global export of specialty coffee of the highest quality.
