The quality of our products is the result of a deep passion, care and attention paid during every phase of coffee processing.
This procedure starts from the very beginning i.e. the farmers and the green coffee beans ending up into a good cup of coffee, well roasted with the optimal heat curve.
Our system is equipped with a software control that processes a customised heat curve for each type of coffee with an extremely homogeneous result, that best enhances its organoleptic properties and doesn’t burn the beans. This ecological roasting method reduces fumes combustion.
