We can cook with you

Our development kitchen facility incorporates a range of cooking formats, from combination and convection ovens to regeneration and commercial microwaves, as well as a modern cook line. In addition, we have a guest oven space so we can mimic your current operation as closely as possible.

We’ll work alongside your kitchen operations team to develop processes that maximise the efficiency opportunities of true hot-holding.

We can also enhance your offering, expanding your menu to meet new customer demands. Our culinary team can advise on the creation of incredible new products that utilise our hot-holding capabilities. As part of this work, we can create and introduce new hot food-to-go menus for untapped dayparts, such as snacking or evening meals.

 

Flexeserve Solution in practice

We can even recreate your sales environment within our facility, allowing you to plan out the exact operation of a new concept before launching. These mock-ups are fitted with the correct ovens, products, till systems, and of course, Flexeserve products.

This facility also enables our Implement team to work alongside you to train your staff on any new processes necessary for the introduction of Flexeserve hot-holding equipment. By doing this, we can help you to avoid costly mistakes for a smoother rollout and maximised results early on.
