Etnica Evolution - featuring pressure transducer and temperature probe.

Developed in the Evolution of the Etnica Display TT, keeping the iconic design that has been appreciated world wide we have focused on increasing the energy savings, the accuracy and reliability of the temperature and pressure and improved the ease of maintenance.

The energy saving is emphasised during all stand-by thanks to the independent electronic control of each one of 3 legs of the heating element, where the consumption drops to 1400W from a peak of 4200W.

The pressure transducer allows a greater adjustment range of the boiler temperature through the display.
Furthermore, for an additional safety and continuity of work, the transducer is supported by a temperature probe which can also control it in the event of the pressure transducer not working in addition to detecting the temperature in the boiler. This function can be managed from the touch display.

Etnica display Evolution is available with a copper boiler of greater thickness (standard boiler 13 lt diam. 205mm or optional flanged boiler 13.5 lt diam. 205mm.) equipped with a certified 10mm thick insulation for further energy saving.

Compared to Etnica display TT, Etnica Evolution presents the following details at first glance:
- graphic touch screen display standard or XL size
- purge button (1 per group) diameter 21mm to facilitate work
- waterproof silicone pushbuttons with diam. buttons 21mm: 2 doses
- luminous anti-ice lower mechanical buttons (we retain the possibility of manual dispensing)
- button to switch ON-OFF LED side lights
- flush working grill cups to ensure better cleaning of the grill
- LED water level filling indicator next to the level glass to maintain the manual water filling

Easier technical maintenance. The work of technicians is simplified and facilitated through:
- an extractable drawer containing all the electrical and electronic controls of the machine so that it can be extracted for any intervention without having to remain near the machine and therefore without hindering the barista's work
- intuitive and tidy wiring by separating the low voltage part from the high voltage part with all named branches (cables)
- manual boiler water filling for manual use or in the event of any malfunctions due to external causes
- possibility of replacing the water inlet solenoid valve in the boiler by asking for the inlet and outlet taps of the solenoid valve and therefore without having to turn off the machine or turn off the water supply or empty the boiler

The touch screen display after turning on the machine displays the functional test and malfunction notice.
When the machine is in use, after the functional test the touch display shows the first page of 4 menus.
1st page: boiler temperature, time, date and the operating status of the 3 independent legs of the heating element.
2nd page: coffee and/or hot water dispensing time and group washing.
3rd page: alarm alert and schedule/setting current date, auto on/off timer, bar day off and language.
4th page: it is possible to turn the machine on/off and enter the counters page.

Once the machine is turned off, you can enter the settings:
boiler temperature adjustment, pre-infusion adjustment, dose programming, micro-adjustment of the programmed dose, dose programming for tea, barista password customization, sensitivity adjustment of the level probe based on the hardness of the water, programming and warning of maintenance cycles, replacement of the filter, of the boiler load synchronization, of the maximum boiler load time.
