IL DESSERT DI PA' - Catalan Cream is one of our UHT spoon desserts. It is ready to be used right after the opening of the package. Our product allows for a great reduction in preparation time. You just need to make it reach the boiling point and then leave it to refrigerate. Before serving, add sugar to be caramelized. Our CREMA CATALANA is a high quality dessert, prepared using fresh Piedmontese milk and fresh pasteurized eggs. It can be stored at room temperature (not exceeding 25°C) and it has a shelf life of 12 months.
