You just need to make it reach the boiling point and then leave it to refrigerate. Before serving, add sugar to be caramelized. Our CREMA CATALANA is a high quality dessert, prepared using fresh Piedmontese milk and fresh pasteurized eggs. It can be stored at room temperature (not exceeding 25°C) and it has a shelf life of 12 months.
