Multifunction modular electric ovens TR LINE, are ideal for the cooking of tray pizza, pastry and for small bakery.
TR LINE ovens are designed with special dimensions which are ideal for cooking in trays. The addition of the steam generator and the top deflecting panel, makes them the perfect ovens for bakery and pastry too.

- Available with chamber h. 18 (Suggested for pizza) or h. 27Cm (ideal for bakery and pastry)

- From 4 to 12 pizza diam. 40Cm ø
- Available in digital or electromechanical version

- Percentage regulation of the heat intensity on the top and the base, for a higher precision and energy saving

- It can be placed on proving chambers of our production (max temp. 70°)
- Higher energy efficiency and attention to the environment: insulation system “ecoblanc”, eliminating the decay of the mineral wool
