Assembly of a helical conveyor in the workshop

Validex offers 3 different vertical conveyors : helical, with rigid arms and with moving angle. The helical pallet conveyor is used to transport all types of meal trays from the restaurant room to the wash-up area located on a different level. Characteristics : stainless steel frame, tangential engine recovery, single engine, adjustable speed, adjustable exit angle, continuous operation. It is mainly used with a cord conveyor in drop-off and exit areas. Technical details : admissible loads : 5kg per tray, maximum speed: 15 loads per minute, 900 loads per hour
