Loba Pâtisserie: above and beyond Vegan pastry

"We want to create a GOOD dessert!" Taste and aesthetics are taken care of in every detail in each of the creations by Cris Massana and Martina Sampaolo, vegan pastry chefs. Their aim is to go beyond the 'vegan' label and make top-notch creations. "Loba Pâtisserie is a four-handed pastry project. We are Cris and Martina, co-founders of Loba Pâtisserie and pastry consultants. Cris was born in Barcelona and has a background in anthropology and culinary arts. While I, Martina, was born in Rome and am a self-taught chef with a background in photography. We have been working in Paris as a team since 2019. We founded Loba in 2022 in response to the high demand for high-end vegan pastry, and it’s our desire to make it available to a larger public in Europe."
