Otto Tay: the renewal of traditional Asian flavors

𝐎𝐭𝐭𝐨 𝐓𝐚𝐲, co-founder of Voilà Pâtisserie and member of the Malaysian winning team of the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie in 2019, created a dessert using traditional Asian ingredients, particularly Oolong tea. “The Oolong” has at its base a chocolate crème anglaise especially prepared with the 𝐋𝐚𝐛-𝐎-𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐟 𝟓, the multifunctional countertop machine for pastry, chocolate, gastronomy, and gelato with more than 60 programs designed to express culinary creativity to the fullest.
