The Cimbria SEA.IQ PLUS Optical Sorter is a state-of-the-art technology that can sort products with unmatched precision. It can detect micro-sized foreign bodies and defects that are invisible to the human eye. The optical system features a set of cameras with integrated RGB, NIR, and SWIR or UV, working in multifrequencies tens of thousands of scans taken per second and matched against the data collected and analyzed. The result is an exceptional sorting performance which is achieved even on standard configurations. The sorter has a smart design with a load-bearing structure to support additional loading hoppers, a dust-proof pressurization system that protects the strategic parts of the electronic and optical system, and a cameras heat reduction system that keeps constant the perfect operational temperature. The SEA.IQ PLUS optical sorter is available in standard configuration with RGB full-colour camera with integrated double-frequency NIR, and optional configuration with multiple vision packages SWIR/ INGAAS and UV. It has 1 to 6 chutes with split options, and from 63 to 96 ejectors per chute depending on the application. The display is 21.5 inches, windows 10 IOT, and there are available configurations for multiple passes and reverse sorting.
