Pascal srl. was founded in 2014 with the goal of combining the love for tradition with the commitment to innovation and research. It was born from the important experience gained by the Branciaroli family since 1948 (co-founders of Yomo, Mellin, Panna Elena, Primer).
The company started its activity as an innovative start-up, manufacturing aseptic UHT products, through an innovative process, thanks to a direct infusion plant realized starting from the technical specifications underlying the patent “Procedure for the Production of UHT Cream”, registered in 2018.
In 2017, the company structure and composition of the board of directors were renewed, with the consequent acquisition of new skills.
The company, having completed the structure phase of the production processes, is entering the international market promoting a 100% Italian product.
