Origin and characteristics:
It is an Arabica coffee grown at 1770-2200 meters above sea level and treated with a natural drying process. We find a fragrance, aroma and taste of exquisite complexity, floral notes of orange blossom and jasmine, fruity mandarin, lemon and grape shine remarkably together with spices such as cardamom and light cocoa undertones. The cup shows a clearly acidic balance.
