It has always been considered the most precious of coffees.
Cultivated in the Blue Mountain area, it is available to an extremely limited extent, following a rigorous production control which, starting from the growth of the seedlings, continues with the manual harvesting of only the ripe berries, to reach the final processing.
What distinguishes this coffee is not only the quality and complexity of the cup, but also the shape and packaging. The coffee is in fact sold in branded wooden barrels, like the best Caribbean rums, instead of the classic jute bags.
