The electric ovens of the Opale series are perfectly suited to cooking traditional Neapolitan pizza. This line is developed to cope with intense work production, in a word, "productivity". In the production of this line of electric ovens, particular attention was paid to both the cooking temperature (470 C°) and productivity (cooking time = 1 min.), providing greater insulation in the areas where the greatest heat dispersion is concentrated.
