Mikafi is a Swiss coffee and tech startup based in Zurich that has developed an AI-based roasting platform and coffee roasting machine. This enables local businesses to discover, create, roast and sell customized coffee recipes. Founded in 2019 by Marius Disler and Claudio Vögtli, Mikafi is based on the idea of offering a streaming service for unique roasting recipes for individual tastes. The com
